my personal problems in health.

hi bloggers its ur friend chris here hope ur all in good health sorry i havent kept in touch but the main thing is im here now. the weather is dull cold @ miserable today is it any better over there or not. i went to see a dietian on tuesday about IBS i have had it for a very long time @ it is not very nice at all very agonising @ streamingly painful gets me down im havein to watch what i eat isnt always a easy thing especialy when i enjoy my food so much its really annoying. the other problem is i worry about my weight situation about being under-weight i never been happy about it ive tried everything from weight- gain powder stuff to build up drinks e.t.

i am really realaxed also very happy now i have my own flat it has been about 4 weeks i do still get lonely at night most of the time. i use the american most of the time when i need to also if im in the mood. then i come to the talkbank for mindbloggling then there is the jam factory in the observotry to play my guitar an last of all in the conservotory for my art.

AMERICAN CLUB-HOUSE

in my judgement the AMERICAN CLUB-HOUSE has gone down bank for a long time some of the staff havent got time for you. also they are stressed out and take it out on you which is wrong. I myself and others can find them very bullish and also they can be imtimadating it will also be intreresting to see what happens now that smoking has been prohibited and about time.

last week wasnt a very good week for me at all I was so brassed off with everything and everyone mostly me and myself I just dont uderstand whats good about being alive just say that to me conscious it doesnt agree and also be happy im alive it all just sucks this week is even worst the demons wont leave me alone keep bugging me making me more angry i am getting sick of people taking for a laugh its about time they start by taking me more seriously
